Weddings in the Village Hall

✨ Your Dream Wedding in Beautiful Gittisham ✨

Our most recent wedding in Gittisham was the perfect example of how magical a wedding here can be!

The day began at the beautiful Gittisham Church, where the couple said “I do” before heading outside for a well-deserved glass of fizz on the green.

The bubble exit was absolutely fabulous, with bubbles filling the air as the newlyweds made their way out of the church. The children especially loved getting involved with the bubble guns! 🫧

From there, guests made their way to Gittisham Village Hall, where the celebrations really began!

– A horsebox bar ready with welcome drinks

– Outdoor seating with parasols

– Outdoor games for guests to enjoy

– Live music creating the perfect atmosphere

– A beautiful locally hired sweet cart

– Personal decorations created by the bride, including bunting and paper lanterns

– A delicious hog roast for dinner

– Party sax to get everyone up and dancing

And then came one of the most magical moments of the evening…

As the sun went down, “Dancing in the Moonlight” was played beautifully on saxophone while guests held glow sticks and lights to create a tunnel for the newlyweds to dance through. ✨🌙 It was truly magical and such a memorable way to celebrate their special day.

One of the best things about Gittisham Village Hall is that it really is a blank canvas. You can make the space completely your own and bring your wedding vision to life, whether that’s a relaxed countryside celebration, a fun-filled party or something completely unique to you.

With the beautiful church right on the doorstep and the flexibility of the village hall for your celebrations, Gittisham is a truly special place to get married.
