Election of a District Councillor
Feniton & Buckerell
1. An Election is to be held of One District Councillor for Feniton &
Buckerell.
2. Nomination Papers may be obtained from the Clerk to the Town/Parish
Council or the Returning Officer, Council Offices , Knowle, Sidmouth
EX10 8HL (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) who will, at the request of an
elector for the electoral area prepare a nomination paper for signature.
3. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Council
Offices, Knowle, Sidmouth, EX10 8HL on any day after the date of this
notice but no later than 4 pm on Thursday, 9th April 2015.
4. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 7th May
2015.
5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach
the Electoral Registration Officer at Council Offices, Knowle, Sidmouth,
EX10 8HL by 5 pm on Tuesday, 21st April 2015.
6. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral
Registration Officer at Council Offices, Knowle, Sidmouth, EX10 8HL by
5 pm on Tuesday, 28th April 2015.
7. Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of
physical incapacity, where that physical incapacity occurred after 5 pm
on Tuesday, 28th April 2015, must reach the Electoral Registration
Officer at Council Offices, Knowle, Sidmouth, EX10 8HL by 5 pm on
Thursday, 7th May 2015.
