You are hereby summoned to attend the March Parish Council Meeting to be held via Zoom on Wednesday 3rd March 2021 commencing at 7.30pm to discuss items on the Agenda and to make resolutions as appropriate.

The Parish Council Meeting has to take place tonight remotely for reasons of social distancing brought in by HM Government during the COVID-19 outbreak.   

Prior to the start of the meeting a period of 15 minutes is allowed to permit any resident to bring appropriate matters to the notice of the Council.  Please contact the clerk if you would like to do this, preferably by email in advance of the meeting, with a question you wish to be raised with Councillors on your behalf.  Alternatively, members of the public can join the meeting by following the Zoom link below. j) To consider the refurbishment and maintenance of the village play area, and approve the annual play area inspection visit (Cllr Walker)

k) To consider work to be carried out by the lengthsman to maintain drains and ditches in the parish (Cllr Walker)

  2. To consider updating the parish website to comply with accessibility standards
  3. To approve the internal auditor for 2021-22
  4. To consider the practicalities of returning to face-to-face meetings from 7th May 2021 including a review of the scheme for delegation to ensure continuity of the Council functions (as far as practicable)
